Family and independence are at the core of Impact Auto Repair. Sandy and Tony have been self-employed for over 20 years, and that entrepreneurial mindset is shared across all three families behind the shop. Each of us brings a unique set of strengths from technical expertise and operations to customer experience and long-term vision and we all share a deep sense of ownership, resilience, and pride in what we’re building.
Lee and his wife Beth have been together since high school and are proud parents of two grown, married children. With one sweet little granddaughter and another grandbaby on the way, family always remains at the heart of everything they do. At the shop, Lee is a steady presence often in the shop by 7 a.m., an hour before the doors open setting the tone with his commitment and consistency. His deep knowledge of European and high-performance vehicles plays a key role in the precision and problem-solving we deliver every day.
Tommy and his wife Harleigh are raising two young children while staying deeply involved in the daily rhythm of the shop. Tommy brings hands-on expertise in European and high-performance vehicles, taking the lead on diagnostics, service planning, and maintaining the high technical standards that set Impact Auto Repair apart. Harleigh supports the business behind the scenes through digital marketing from building and maintaining the website to capturing photos around the shop and managing our online presence. Together, they help keep operations running smoothly both in the bays and beyond.
Sandy and her husband Tony have been married for 35 years and are proud grandparents to six beautiful grand babies. Their deep-rooted commitment to family shows up in everything they do including how they show up for the shop. Sandy brings sharp business sense and an unshakable work ethic, keeping the operation grounded, focused, and always centered on the customer. Tony is a steady, supportive presence in the bays, often jumping in to help with oil changes or whatever else the team needs. That all-in, hands-on spirit is exactly what defines our culture.
Together, we operate as one team — working side by side in and out of the shop to ensure Impact Auto Repair reflects the values we believe in.

Our Experience
With over 58 years of combined experience, Tommy and Lee are the foundation of Impact Auto Repair’s expertise. Both hold ASE Master Technician Certifications with specialized endorsements in Advanced Engine Performance, European systems and Diesel Engine Repair, along with extensive factory-level training in European vehicle systems. Their careers have been dedicated to diagnosing and repairing some of the most complex automotive platforms on the road today. Based right here in Oklahoma, they bring dealer-level knowledge with a standard of care and integrity you can only find in a locally owned shop.
